This business in the private equity sector has recently opened a new office in Ireland and is expanding their Dublin based team to support their ongoing digital transformation.
They are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst with experience in Project Management to support the department leaders to de To-Be scenarios, create a project roadmap with deliverable milestones throughout and implement best practise processes across the various sub-divisions of the project and company.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone is familiar with the investment management space to play a significant role in the formation of an innovative and ambitious companys transformation.
Experience / Skills
- Demonstrated ability to process engineer business processes from start to finish across several teams and legal jurisdictions.
- A proven capacity to start, organize, and oversee the completion of a wide range of initiatives aimed at improving business processes, ranging in technical complexity from moderate to high.
- A self-starter possessing strong personal resilience; a track record of prioritizing, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
- The capacity to adapt to the demands of novel undertakings.
- Engage in tight collaboration and interaction with diverse team members and stakeholders to accomplish workflow assignments.
- Has excellent oral and written English communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage and inform stakeholders and affect the project’s direction
- Proficiency in Office365 tools, such as PowerBI, Power Automate, and SharePoint
- While not necessary, any familiarity with Q&A, iLevel, Dynamo, and eFront as well as SunSystems would be beneficial.
- Having a solid grasp of data systems is preferable.
- It is necessary to have experience in the asset management or alternative investments field.
Salary / Remuneration
75,000-85,000 Per Annum
12-month fixed contract
Working Conditions – 3 days per week in their Central Dublin Offices
