Growth into Europe
Archer modifies the internal business model in order to deepen the specialist approach, empower the team to focus on their strengths, and to prime the company for growth into Europe.
2022
Recruitment 3.0
Archer weathers the global pandemic unphased. With an agile and well-trained team, it is highly adaptable and has grown by 45% in the last 2 years. We are now focused on achieving our Mission of Recruitment 3.0 – This is a fusion of recruitment technology with personal relationship values of the past.
2020
Bigger and Better
Archer now has over 65 people in the group and a burning desire to grow to 100+. The company has a management development programme that has now facilitated the development of 5 consultants to Partnership Level. Archer continues to grow and recruit in search of its next leaders.
2019
The Future is Bright
Archer becomes the foundation of a key member of a group of specialist recruitment consultancies, Recport.com. This group of specialist recruitment consultancies allows our Archer to focus on being specialists in their industry whilst having the financial and training support of a larger organisation.
2017
Archer Celebrates 10 years of success!
This year, the Archer team marks 10 years of success. In the recruitment marketplace, where agencies often come and go, we have stayed on our course and grown. A group of entrepreneurial Archer Consultants create a new specialised Healthcare and Nursing Recruitment Consultancy called Access Healthcare.
2016
Our Team is GrowingÂ
Archer reaches 30 team members and still has that burning ambition to continue to deliver the best roles to our candidates. With continued investment in tools and training, the journey to becoming number 1 in IT recruitment takes another step forward. The Archer Team established a new consultancy in Malta, Accelerate Finance & Legal Recruitment.
2015
Continued Training
Archer continues to develop its training and now has 150 structured training modules. The next generation of talented consultants starts moving into leadership and strategic roles within the firm.
2014
Dublin Office on Pearse Street
Archer continues to grow. We move to a bigger office with an even better location where we’ve stayed to this day. Our new location is Pearse Street, right opposite the DART station. Our office is refurbished and completely kitted out for recruitment.
2012
Archer IT Recruitment Malta
Archer opens an IT Recruitment company on the sunny mediterranean island of Malta. That new market presents a few challenges but our IT-focused approach and our solid training systems allow us to develop Recruitment Consultant skills to the high standard that we have always aspired to.
2011
Higher Profile Client Base
Our decision pays off. Despite challenging times in the marketplace, Archer continues to grow a higher profile client base and reputation for outstanding results thanks to our strategic IT focus.
2009
Strategic Focus on IT Recruitment
We make one of our most important strategic decisions. Recognising a market need that was going unfulfilled, we decide to focus purely on IT recruitment. Our candidates and clients want a deeper, specialised understanding.
2008
On the Move to Grafton Street
Archer makes a move. We leave our nest behind for a central location just off Grafton Street. The team grows too, we now have 8 consultants. There are great lunches and shopping but the buskers? Not all of them are great musicians!
2007
Archer Opens its Doors
Archer opens its doors on Earlsfort Terrace. We had just two partners, an office, a PC, a phone and big ambitions. Even LinkedIn was just getting started. We start to build a team of highly professional and conscientious consultants who want to focus on delivering an outstanding service to clients and candidates.
