Our globally established client in the software development industry is seeing a rapid expansion in their IT Operations in Dublin, and are excited to welcome a Senior Security Specialist to their growing team.
This impressive organisation in the life science industry is a leading software company, proud partners with 15 out of the top 20 pharmaceutical giants worldwide. Their innovative labeling products are revolutionizing the industry, driving efficiency and regulatory compliance to new heights.
As a Senior Security Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of their IT Operations mission, leading security initiatives that safeguard their critical assets and ensure seamless operations. A recently created, completely greenfield role, offers you the chance to shape and mold security strategies from the ground up.
With a hands-on approach of 70% practical work and 30% documentation creation, you’ll delve deep into their systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing robust solutions. You’ll also enjoy fantastic flexibility thanks to the organisation’s hybrid working model, with 3 days on-site in West Dublin, and 2 days work from home.
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced, all-rounder Security Specialist who is ready to dive into a new project by analyzing, improving, and implementing changes in the IT Security department, while benefiting from a flexible working environment, and a fantastic culture.

Skills/Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security roles, with a focus on security architecture, incident response, and risk management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GRC, Incident Management and IT Security
- Bachelor’s degree in computer-related discipline
Salary:
€70,000-€100,000 DOE + Hybrid working + Incredible benefits!
