An incredibly well-established organisation in the software development space is currently undergoing a rapid expansion in their IT team in Dublin, and are beyond excited for a Senior Security Specialist to their ever-growing team!
This innovative firm specialises in providing top-knotch labelling products for 15 out of the top 20 pharmaceutical global leaders. Their creative strategy in the creation of their products are currently revolutionising the industry operations, driving efficiency and regulatory compliance to new heights.
As a Senior Security Specialist, you will be at the forefront of their IT Security Operations strategy, leading security initiatives that protect their critical assets and ensure seamless operations throughout. This recently created, completely greenfield role, offers you the chance to shape and mold security strategies from the ground up.
With a hands-on approach of 70% practical work and 30% documentation creation, you will enjoy a brilliant mix of hands on and bigger-picture strategy planning. You will dive into their robust systems, identify areas for improvement and implementing powerful security solutions.
You will also enjoy unparalleled flexibility and an umtached work-life balance thanks to the organisation’s hybrid working model, with 2 days on-site in West Dublin, and 3 days work from home.
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced, all-rounder Senior Security Specialist who will be ready to hit the ground running, and is ready to dive into a brand-new project in helping this organisation set up robust IT Security measures.
Opportunity:

Skills/Experience:
- 5 + years of experience in GRC, Incident Management and IT Security
- 5 + years of experience in information security roles, with a focus on security architecture, incident response, and risk management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer-related discipline
Salary:
€70,000-€100,000 DOE + Hybrid working + Incredible benefits!
