An incredibly well-established Irish multi-national organisation is currently expanding their IT team in Co. Cavan, and is offering the opportunity of a lifetime to join their dynamic team in this newly-created role!
As a Level 1 Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for enterprise-level application systems, as well as troubleshooting, analysing and identifying the root cause of application issues. You will gain exposure to business analysis, troubleshooting, UAT & QA testing, as well as stakeholder management, and enjoy a comprehensive training program which provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the newest technologies on the market, such as Power Apps and Power BI, and more.
This is the ideal opportunity for a curious marketer with a degree in IT-related discipline who wishes to shift their career towards IT Support, and keep growing and developing their career and skills.
This role offers flexible working arrangements thanks to the organisation’s hybrid working model (3 days on-site in Co. Cavan, 2 days WFH), and offers incredible opportunities for continuous learning and development, in addition to further career progression opportunities.

Experience:
- 3rd level degree in IT-related discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, etc.)
- SQL experience is preferred
- Power BI/data visualisation tools experience is preferred
Salary:
€35,000-€40,000 + hybrid working + bonus and MORE!
