In this brand-new L1 Application Support Analyst role, you will manage incoming requests from the business through their advanced ticketing system, while also troubleshooting, analysing, and identifying the root causes of application issues. Experience/Skills Required:
- Completed 3rd Level Degree in a computer-related discipline
- SQL experience is preferred
- MUST HAVE your own transportation/be able to commute to Co. Cavan 3 x weekly!
Salary:
€35,000-€40,000 + hybrid working + bonus and MORE!
