9-month Fixed-Term contract

Lead strategic HR initiatives to drive operational process success and employee engagement within our client’s offices. Partner with business leaders to implement change, improve performance, and foster a culture of innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategic priorities to support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive performance improvement and sustainable business models.
- Coach managers to build effective teams and enhance employee performance through positive communication.
- Provide leadership and support to business teams, focusing on KPI achievement and effective talent management.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring alignment with company values.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience or understanding in the gambling industry or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management.
- Experience in change management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and deliver results within timelines.
- 5-10 years in HR, including 3 years in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Degree in HR or related field, CIPD qualification preferred.
Salary: €55,000 – €65,000
