Join a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial investment company in the heart of Dublin as their new Cyber Security Manager. This pivotal role, directly reporting to the CISO offers you the chance to pioneer the Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) framework within the firm.

This is a fantastic chance to affect change and access extensive learning opportunities. You’ll be part of a quick-moving, energetic business in a fascinating sector. Working closely with an expert Chief Information Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in advancing their Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives.

    The Cyber Security Manager role encompasses diverse GRC responsibilities, such as ensuring ISO 27001 compliance, crafting and enacting policies, pinpointing and addressing security risks, devising strategies for security GRC, and fostering security awareness throughout the organization.

    The organisation established its Dublin City Centre office in the last few months, and is expanding its technology and finance teams. It’s a dynamic, thriving company where you’ll collaborate with exceptional individuals.

    The ideal candidate will have robust security GRC expertise, a dedication to advancing cybersecurity within an organization, and outstanding communication abilities.

    The role operates 3 times a week from their Dublin HQ, and 2 days from home, offering incredible work-life balance.

    Skills:

    • 5-10 years of experience focusing on GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
    • Experience/knowledge of ISO 27001
    • Flexible, proactive, practical individual

    Salary:

    €70,000-€100,000 + 10% pension + flexible working and more!
