This well-established and rapidly growing Italian financial services organisation are seeking a driven and motivated Business Analyst to join their team in Dublin!
You will play a vital role in their Change team, and optimise their operational processes as you ensure efficiency across various departments. This is a small, tight-knit organisation, where you will gain exposure across all the different areas of the business, and collaborate closely with the senior stakeholders. This role offers lots of independence and a chance to really make it your own, with the incredible opportunity for mentorship and guidance from industry experts.
This position is based from their centrally-located Dublin 2 office, with flexible working options available, where you will avail of incredible amenities and a brilliant team environment to help you succeed in your role and your own career progression path.
The ideal candidate will come from a technical/data analysis background, with 2-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, and must be fluent in Italian.

Skills/Experience:
- 2-6 years of experience in a BA role in a regulated, financial services environment (must have)
- Background in tech/data is preferable (e.g. Data Analysis experience)
- Fluent Italian is a MUST
Salary:
€40,000-€65,000 DOE + Flexible working options + incredible benefits and MORE
