This Permanent Business Development Executive opportunity is with a high growth company in the professional services sector.  The company is growing quickly and is creating leadership opportunities for its team.  The strategic plan is to double in size over the next 18 months and to expand internationally.

In this role, you will be trained and mentored by a series of senior and experienced people.  You will contact new and existing clients with a focus on the clients in Dublin.  You will have the opportunity to meet clients on a face to face basis.  The role is a long-term consultative sales process where you will learn best practice is selling high value services.

The company is growing rapidly and is looking for people who are motivated for a successful career both in terms of career progression but also financially.

You can come from a variety of backgrounds; sales experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential. A motivated person who enjoys communicating with others is the key for the company.


You will:

  • Participate in the training programme
  • Proactively contact new and existing clients
  • Arrange face to face meetings with clients
  • Liaise with the team in order to gather further market intelligence
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and modify marketing collateral



  • Fluent English
  • 6 months + experience in sales


Salary / Remuneration: EUR 25,000 – 32,000 + commission paid monthly (OTE first year EUR 40,000)
