This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 1 Support Analyst to join a global software and artwork organisation that enables global customers in the pharmaceutical industry to deliver high-quality products to their demanding markets. The nature of this industry requires the delivery of high-quality service to ensure production is delivered accurately and effectively and meets all strict regulatory requirements.

As a Level 1 Support Analyst, you will be contributing to the success of the organisation by being a dedicated point of contact for a key client to deliver exceptional service at all times.  

In this role as a Level 1 Support Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, support teams and clients on a global scale to investigate, troubleshoot, and provide training in turn equipping you with the valuable knowledge and experience necessary to excel in your career.

This opportunity will enable you to be an expert in your field as you will be taking ownership of the product to deliver a seamless service to a key client and end-users.  You will responsible for managing key data, providing support as well as providing training and maintenance to internal products.

Successful candidates will be joining on a hybrid working basis allowing you to maintain a healthy balance between your professional and personal lives. This role includes occasional travel abroad for training purposes allowing you to gain expert-level knowledge from cross-functional teams and support experts.

This Customer Support Analyst requires the successful candidate to be a holder of either EU Passport/ Stamp 4 visa.

 

You will:

  • Be a dedicated point of contact for a key client
  • Provide on-site and remote management, administration, and high-quality support
  • Collaborate in a growing global team to investigate, troubleshoot and provide resolutions

Experience:

  • 3+ years’ of experience in L1 Support
  • Experience in supporting AD, Office 365, and Windows
  • Education in an IT-related discipline

Salary €35,000 – €40,000 DOE
