One of our highly successful Recruitment Consultants has decided on a significant career change after several very successful years.  While this is regrettable, it has created an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take advantage of this strong IT Desk.  The desk is a specialised and niche area of IT has been running for 11 years and earned over EUR300,000 last year in fee income. The candidates typically on this desk are mature with salaries between EUR60,000 – EUR120,000 so the earning potential is significant.

The desk has a mix of contract and permanent roles and is a great opportunity for a consultant to utilise candidates in both areas.

Archer will provide you with support and training while you are getting familiar with the candidates, clients and the area of specialisation. For the right person, there is an opportunity for this consultant to develop into a leadership role and take advantage of the manage development programme, company’s profit share arrangement and external training from industry leaders in the US and UK.

Role:

  • Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle for internal and external candidates
  • Source candidates
  • Provide candidate screening support via telephone and face to face interviews
  • Updating job boards, posting vacancies online via in-house recruitment system
  • Screening and short listing of CV’s for all vacancies
  • Identify proactive methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve sourcing methods
  • Provide support to managers on creating job descriptions, application tests, interview processes

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1 + years recruitment experience
  • Fluent English
  • A genuine interest in training and development

 

Salary: €30,000 – 40,000.00 + generous commission structure
