Archer Recruitment has a 2-year development and training programme. Our Certified Recruitment Consultant Programme is designed to give our consultants all the tools they need to become market-leading experts in their specialist area of recruitment. Over your first 2 years with Archer, consultants will complete the 4 Levels of our programme at 4–5-month intervals.
Certified Recruitment Consultant is an assessment-based programme and validates our consultant’s recruitment training. On completion of level 1 of the 4 levels training and in conjunction with achieving activity levels it facilitates a clear structure for a Recruitment Consultant to be promoted. People who complete all 4 levels of Certified Recruitment Consultant go onto be our Trainers, Team Leads, Managers and many go onto Director and Partnership within the group.
When people join our organisation, they typically complete a 3–4-month programme on how to source the best IT Talent. This initial training involves 100 modules of training. The training is delivered to you online, one-to-one and team-based. The training has been developed by Archer and we also use external training vendors. We then give people Account Management support and training. As our Recruiters progress, we then have a programme for Client Development. The Client Development Training is 40 modules of online foundation material and one-to-one support. The above is an example of the typical structure of our training and development programme, however, we do alter the order of these training modules depending on the strengths of an individual.
The Certified Recruitment Consultant Programme supports and validates these training modules which are split into 4 levels. Upon completion of each level, our consultants are issued with a certificate to recognise their ability.
Upon successful completion of Level 4, you will become an Archer Certified Recruitment Consultant, which is considered as a significant achievement in our consultancy. It is also significant to our candidates and clients as our consultants are now Market Masters.
This is a challenging, intensive programme for consultants who are serious about their career in recruitment and want to spend their formative years in recruitment developing a well- rounded skill set and value high-quality standards.
