This Sales Executive role is with a fast-growing Recruitment Consultancy in the high demand area of IT. The company has a team of 60 people and is highly regarded for its training and development programmes. The company is in a significant growth phase and has several newly created roles which will offer you career development opportunities.
In this role, you will be trained and mentored daily. You will initially focus on scheduling client meetings with new and existing client companies. You will develop to lead client meetings and structuring high value solutions for clients. You will progress to offer high value EUR 200,000+ sales. This role is a spring board for a career in enterprise level sales and business.

- Initiate contact with new client companies
- Participate in daily training
- Collaborate with Marketing for client propositions
- Attend client meetings with Senior Managers
- Participate in career development opportunities
- 6+ months sales experience (including retail, telecoms, insurance, banking, software, IT, FMCG or any other sector)
- Motivated for a successful career
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 24,000 – 30,000 + monthly commission. OTE (35-40K)
