Archer offers a comprehensive Training Programme that is recognised as one of the best in the industry. The training is fast-paced and covers a wide range of complex issues. It’s perfect for those who want to continually improve and progress on their career journey. Over the first 3-6 months our new consultants complete over 100 modules of training. Between months 6 and 9, they will start to build their reputation within their specialisation. Between months 9 and 12, our new consultants will complete their initial career development plan.

In Year 2 of your career with Archer, you will have the opportunity to embark on an advanced training and development plan. Successful graduates of this programme will go on to be our future leaders.  They will be offered mentoring, team lead, functional lead and management opportunities. For motivated and successful consultants, it can take as little as 18 months to 2 years to be in a leadership role.

Experience: 

  • Graduate Degree
  • Law, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Sales or Consulting
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Independently motivated

Salary / Remuneration:

Year 1 OTE EUR 35-40K: Basic Salary of EUR 24,000 – 30,000 depending on previous experience + commission.

Year 2 OTE EUR 40-50K
