Step into a pivotal role at a rapidly growing international company trusted by high-profile clients. As the DevOps Lead Engineer, you’ll own the DevOps vision end-to-end—driving strategy, shaping modern infrastructure, and ensuring the resilience and scalability of systems that support mission-critical supplier risk management.
This is your opportunity to lead DevOps in a scaling, forward-thinking tech team. You’ll architect and refine CI/CD pipelines, spearhead automation initiatives, and push boundaries with AI-driven platform enhancements and seamless CRM integrations.
If you’re driven by infrastructure as code, passionate about cloud-native automation, and ready to lead with influence, this role gives you the autonomy, flexibility, and impact to define how DevOps is done—and take full ownership of delivering innovation at scale.
You will:
- Shape and lead a small expanding DevOps team
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Work with AI
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams
Skills / Experience:
- Strong Engineering background
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform
- Leadership experience
Salary / Remuneration: €90,000 – €100,000 + benefits
