My client is searching for an individual with a “Startup Mindset”, someone who won’t shirk or panic when playing the balancing act that is Operations Manager. Your role will require you to handle all Key Client Interactions. You will get to know the business inside and out and take ownership of requirements gathering and relay everything to you Small Team of Developers and HR.
You will collaborate closely with Director Level employees and relieve them of day to day Operational and Managerial Duties to allow them to drive this small but impactful company forward. You will understand what is needed to drive the company forward and ensure success by improving processes and driving efficiency.

You will:
- Work with every department of a growing company
- Become the main point of contact for customers
- Work remotely from anywhere withing Ireland
Skills / Experience:
- 5+ years in Data/Operations role within a small company
- 5+ years’ experience in dealing with key stakeholders
- Strong Managerial/Leadership skills within a small company
Salary / Remuneration: Up to €65,000 plus Remote Work, Tech Setup and other potential benefits.
