My client is seeking an ambitious, driven and versatile Software Test Team Lead. For this role you must exhibit all the technical qualities of both a skilled Software Tester but also convey the relevant soft skills required to help the individuals in your team grow and develop. If you have experience in a QA role with leading a team or projects – listen up!
My client is a giant force in the Irish healthcare sector. There are some major projects on the horizon and it is crucial that the right people are at the helm to ensure that this ship is steered in the right direction. This role comes with huge responsibility effecting not only the team but the company as a whole!

You will:
- Mentor 10+ direct reports
- Plan test procedures for products/projects
- Gain massive exposure with guiding major transformation projects
Skills / Experience:
- 5+ years in a Test/QA role
- Technical background
- Leadership experience
Salary / Remuneration: Up to €72,000 plus 10% Bonus
