A global leader within Financial services is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join their established customer-facing support function. Their city centre office is conveniently located next to multiple transport links including the LUAS, DART, and train lines.
This is a global support function where you will be at the forefront of tech solutions as a first responder providing support and resolutions for L1 and L2 incidents working across a range of issues. This position offers the opportunity to develop a broader knowledge of Infrastructure, Networking and IT Support on a global scale.
In this fast-paced environment, you will be exposed to new technology and key financial/ Reinsurance applications broadening your financial service experience in one of Dublin’s hottest markets by utilizing a ticketing system to manage priorities.
This is a technical role where you will work across Microsoft desktop applications including MS AD, Exchange, 0365, Teams, SharePoint, InTune and more.

You will:
- Join a global support function delivering L1 and L2 Desktop support
- Improve structures and plans within IT Support
- Work across a broad MS desktop support application stack
Experience:
- 3+ years in Desktop support – customer-facing – Phone, email, video
- Good knowledge of MS applications
