Key Responsibilities:
Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy that capitalizes on the untapped potential of our business, aligning it with our mission and objectives.
Team Building: Attract, lead, and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.
Growth and Expansion: Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities, expanding our market reach, and establishing strategic partnerships.
Operational Excellence: Establish and optimize efficient operational processes and procedures that support our rapid growth.
Market Understanding: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and shifts, ensuring our business remains competitive.
Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure sustainable growth.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, customers, partners, and the board of directors, ensuring open and effective communication.
Your background:
Must: Existing experience in the performance marketing and Affiliate Management industry.
- Proven experience as a CEO, or in a similar C-level executive leadership role, with a track record of scaling businesses, particularly in their early stages.
- A demonstrated ability to recognize and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Financial expertise, including budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management.
