Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Type: Contract (€250-€300)
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce to join our team. This position is for a 1-year full-time Contract, based in our Dublin city centre office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, translating business needs into effective solutions and ensuring Salesforce is optimized to support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and map business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce flows and automation rules.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools to support decision-making.
- Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes and support end-user training/documentation.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technical systems.
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and basic Admin tasks.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analysing data.
- Excellent documentation skills — ability to write clear business requirements, process flows, and technical specs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (or higher)
- Experience with Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Data Loader, and Lightning App Builder
- Exposure to integration tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar)
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR)
