Business Analyst – contract – 300-450€/day
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling strategic programmes by identifying, analysing, and documenting business processes and requirements. You’ll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making, uncover opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between programme outcomes and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements and processes

Support planning, monitoring, and reporting activities across key strategic initiatives

Use data analysis and visualisation to generate insights that guide project direction

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and incremental delivery

Identify and recommend improvements through gap analysis and stakeholder feedback
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Consumer, Retail, Tech, Gaming, or eCommerce industries

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Excel, Power BI)

Experience working in regulated environments and/or digital transformation projects is a plus
-
Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSM, or MSP are desirable but not essential
