There is also the opportunity for internal career progression, the role advertised opened due to the previous support engineer moving to a more senior position.

Your role will allow you to take ownership of the Jira ticketing system, maintaining good procedures, raising tickets to different departments and colleagues and recognising VIP tickets. You will be providing support to 90 people on the infrastructure team- working with testers, developers and stakeholders. The opportunity to take ownership of the ticketing system will allow you to build your leadership, multi-tasking and technical skills- allowing the opportunity for career progression.

As a Service Desk Engineer, you will join a strong, tight-knit team of 3 support engineers, working with the infrastructure team. You will be exposed to Front-end, back-end, QA and automation teams. Providing support within a diverse tech environment.

  • Level 2 and 3 Support Experience
  • Experience with VMware, Citrix and servers
  • Some Linux experience would be an advantage
