Programme Manager Telecoms
Newly created contract opportunity for a strong programme manager with experience of managing high profile programmes, managing external vendors and teams of external resource. A real strength around planning as well as execution will be important for this role where you will be coordinating multiple different projects and business streams.
This is a high profile role with some very clear deadlines which will require someone to have a quick impact. The first task will be to assess what needs to be and what can be done to meet business expectations and drive the programme to a successful go-live.
There is an initial phase of this programme to be completed this year with another phase to follow, therefore there will be a clear opportunity for the person in this role to creat a longer term opportunity for themselves.

Role / opportunity:
• Programme Manager
• Large telecoms programme with many interdependencies
• Proactively managing external vendors
• Managing a large team of external resources
• Planning and coordinating a complex programme
• Asses what needs to be done and what can be done to meet go-live dates
• Dublin city centre location

Skills / experience:
• 10+ years commercial experience
• Programme Management of large complex projects
• Experience within Telecoms would be an advantage
• Proven experience of managing external vendors
• Strong influencing skills
• Ability to jump into a situation that is moving quickly.

Rate:
• Euro 550 – 650 per day
• 3 month initial contract to extend
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks
• Dublin city centre location
