An exciting opportunity has arisen for and experienced recruitment consultant to join an existing desk. This specialised area of IT has been running for 11 years

The desk has a mix of contract and permanent roles and is a great opportunity for a consultant to utilise clients candidates in both areas. 

Archer will provide you with support and training while you are getting familiar with the candidates, clients and the area of specialisation.  In the medium term, there is an opportunity for this consultant to develop into a leadership role and take advantage of the company’s profit share arrangement.

  • Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle for internal and external candidates
  • Source candidates
  • Provide candidate screening support via telephone and face to face interviews
  • Updating job boards, posting vacancies online via in-house recruitment system
  • Screening and short listing of CV’s for all vacancies
  • Identify proactive methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve sourcing methods
  • Provide support to managers on creating job descriptions, application tests, interview processes


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1 + years recruitment experience
  • Fluent English
