This Process Improvement Specialist is with an international boutique investment house. The organisation is in the process of acquiring several new organisations due to a significant investment in the company. In this Lean role, you will join a Change Team of Business Analysts and Project Managers and add the expertise of Lean to the team.
The Lean role will involve coaching and some analysis. You will collaborate with finance, operations, and Change to embed Lean and colloborate on a range of business process improvement projects. This role will suit someone who enjoys hands on process improvement and assisting and some coaching. This Lean function is expected to grow in time as the organisation grows.
- Introduce the fundamentals of Lean to operations
- Identify some processes improvements
- Collaborate with the Business Change Team
- Contribute to embed the Lean Principles
- 3 + years’ experience in Lean
- Lean Certification
- Banking, Insurance, Investments or Financial Services Experience
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 70,000 – 80,000 + bonus + health insurance + pension
