Your day-to-day role as Recruitment Consultant involves liaising closely with client organisations and candidates alike, with a focus on building strong relationships. You will advertise to attract candidates and conduct interviews to understand their needs. You will attract clients and onboard new business, advising both clients and candidates. This is full life-cycle recruitment, from initial business development to sourcing and placing candidates.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant with a strong academic background and preferably some Sales or Marketing experience, who’s passionate about taking the next step in their career.

You will:

• Receive comprehensive, one-on-one training from experienced consultants
• Onboard clients in a phone-based role
• Attract candidates through advertising, databases and other sourcing methods
• Participate in and contribute to team sales meetings
• Manage client accounts and communications
• Have a structured career path towards management/senior roles

Skills / Experience:

• Third level Degree 
• Sales / Marketing experienced preferred
