Archer has an opportunity on a well established Desk.  We have existing clients in this sector and Archer will offer you access to a database of thousands of developers and a full suite of tools to support you.  We will provide you with training to recruit successfully in this sector.

Archer Specialist Recruitment is an IT focused recruitment firm.  At Archer our consultants have control, autonomy and input into the development of the firm. We believe in continual training and development.  Archer provides regular structured training sessions.

You will:

-      Meet with clients and understand their business and requirements

-      Mentor and Advise Junior Consultants

-      Write results orientated advertising copy

-      Provide Strategic Advise on the future direction on the firm

-      Utilise the most recent search methodologies

-      Attend seminars and become a thought leader in your sector

Experience:

- Motivated and experienced Recruiter with experience recruiting in a professional sector

- Degree qualified

- 1 - 5 years experience in recruitment

- Fluent English

- Well spoken and a professional appearance.

Salary: Negotiable Basic Salary (depending on experience), plus a highly lucrative commission structure, + benefits package
