Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst

This international finance house is embarking on a project to improve its data analysis and reporting capabilities across its investment portfolio.  In this role you will form part of the Change Department and liaise closely with IT to deliver  a new suite of reporting solutions for various departments within the business. 

This organisation has steadily over the last few years and while this position is being offered on a 1 year contract basis, there is the possibility of developing into a permanent position.

You will:

-       Liaise with Business Users to gather and document data reporting requirements,

-       Document these requirements with the In-house Development Team

-       Cooperate with IT to design technical solutions to meet the business requirements

-       Identify gaps in the data and liaise with the users to develop workarounds

-       Act as the key point of contact between Business Users and In-house development

-       Supporting users in planning and executing user acceptance tests

-       Design processes for the ongoing management of the data

Experience: 

• 3 + years experience in business  and data requirements gathering
• SQL and Advanced Excel (SSRS an advantage)
• Banking / Funds / Insurance Experience

This position is being offered on a 1 Year contract initially with a view to extend

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 50 – 55K + bonus and pension
